Refund and Return Policy

This PMBCctv Refund and Return Policy applies to all products purchased at https://pmbcctv.co.za

Refunds and Exchanges.

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you are not happy with an item or require an exchange or refund, please contact us within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. A 10% handling fee will be charged for unwanted products. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us via email sales@pmcctv.co.za or on our contact page to inform us that you want a refund and start the process.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If you are approved for a refund we will contact you for you banking details to do the deposit. The refund is done within 3 days via EFT to your bank account.

Repairs and Replace.

All faulty items get a full inspection and if irreparable and under warranty the item will be replaced. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or if the item will be sent for repairs.

If you are approved, then your exchange or repair will be processed. Repairs normally take 10 days but can be longer depending on parts availability.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a replacement or repaired item, the cost of return shipping will be the client’s responsibility. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
